Experience: Amit represents owners, developers, investors, property management companies and others in a wide range of real estate and corporate transactions, including financing, management, development, syndication, acquisition, tax-deferred exchanges, sales and leasing of properties of all types. Amit also advises on entity structuring.

Before joining FMBGS, Amit was President and owner for ten years of a consulting firm specializing in real estate development within the wireless telecommunications industry – primarily for T-Mobile, AT&T Wireless, Verizon Wireless and Cingular Wireless. Previously, Amit was a senior tax consultant at Ernst & Young in the Real Estate, Employee Benefits, International Tax and State & Local tax divisions. Amit has also served as Corporate Counsel for a technology incubator/venture capital firm.
