Experience:
Real Estate: Dean represents owners, sponsors, developers, investors, property management companies and others in a wide range of real estate transactions, including financing, acquisitions, sales and leasing of industrial, commercial and multi-family residential properties. Dean also advises client on entity structuring and investor relations.

Corporate: Dean represents venture capital firms and their portfolio companies, business executives, healthcare companies, investors and other entities in a multitude of transactions, including equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions and employment-related matters.

Dean joined FMBGS in January 2004. Previously, Dean was an associate for O'Melveny and Myers for six years in the Real Estate and Corporate departments in its downtown Los Angeles office.
